If you have signed up for the course Sustainable Procurement: A Guide to Ethical Purchasing then you may be interested in one of our coaching programs which are designed to help you further research and explore your procurement and opportunities to improve social and environmental performance. This helps you stick to a plan to watch the lessons, do the exercises, and take steps towards sustainability. It’s not necessarily about big leaps or sprints (although you can certainly achieve that in these programs); it’s about one step, any step, in the right direction.

The coaching programs help you build your confidence and knowledge to perform the Sustainable Procurement Audit included in the course.

There are two coaching options to choose from below: Guided Accountability (a one-on-one program) and Cohort Coaching (join a group of others also working towards improving their supply chains).

GUIDED ACCOUNTABILITY PROGRAM (ONE-ON-ONE COACHING)

More than half the people who sign up for courses like this never even get through the first lesson. We get it. Life happens. You get busy and everything these days is an urgent fire drill that will always take higher priority.

The other reason for this is people trying to get sustainability going at their jobs often complain of feeling like they’re alone in this. Furthermore, sustainable procurement requires a lot of technical information and research.

The solution is to have regular guidance. You’re not alone in this journey! We can help you stay accountable – not only to viewing and learning the content but to put it into action! The coach can also be your source of product and supply chain research as well as introduce you to other specialists.

If you sign up for this 8-session program (recommended to occur over 2 to 4 months), you’ll get customized, 1-on-1 expert advice and help with your sustainable procurement audit.

The price options here are to add the coaching program to the price you have already paid for the course.

Once the 8 sessions are complete, you can continue working with the coach as needed to keep your journey on track. Be sure to ask about prices and options.

COHORT COACHING PROGRAM (GROUP COACHING)

Everything is more fun in a group! We offer the accountability program in a group format. The key benefits of this program are:

• Cross-pollinate ideas among those from different industries and types of organizations.

• Lower price (group rate).
